The House

This newly-constructed (2009) beachfront house has four bedrooms (and a den that can readily serve as a fifth bedroom). It's perfect for two families. Two matching master bedroom suites have beach/island views, and spacious private bathrooms. The two back bedrooms each have their own private deck and share a central bathroom. The great room (includes living area, dining area and kitchen) has soaring ceilings and the view that never quits. The kitchen has all of the amenities; plenty of counter and cupboard space. 
   

Gaulding Cay Beach, Eleuthera

Gaulding Cay is an isolated beach with glistening white sand, surrounded by fragrant pines. The snorkeling is great, but its privacy lends a special enjoyment to swimming and sunbathing.
